Since 2021 RW Structures has been working on commercial fit-outs for the restaurant chains LEON and Chopstix at sites across the UK. 

The locations for food restaurants vary extensively, from Victorian-era buildings on town High Streets to shopping centres in modern developments. 

The works typically involve altering the structure to allow for the flow of customers between levels and strengthening the floor plates to support the  loading requirements of a commercial café. These projects are time sensitive and necessitate practical cost-effective solutions that can be rapidly installed.
