Old Rectory

Architect: Alexander Hills Architects

RW Structures completed the structural design for this re-modelling of an existing traditional flint farmhouse with the addition of a new rear extension to the previous stables. This new extended space have been transformed into a self-contained living space.

The zinc roof is formed of curved glue laminated timber ribs which span between the existing building and the new external colonnade. The columns are formed of turned timber oak which was locally sourced.
